Surgery scheduled

 Where do I begin today?  First, we have a date for heart surgery in three weeks! Yes, three weeks. Rick and I have a meeting with the surgeon this Friday... In two days. Everything is happening so fast. I am so nervous. I found out the date yesterday morning. Also, the cardiologist called yesterday and Paislee is to start a baby aspirin a day to help with blood flow and help prevent a heart attack. So another medication added to our list. I just feel that there is so much to do. I have to line up a sub for work, get someone to keep Sawyer, and recovery line up also.  I am a mess. 

Yesterday, we also went to Vanderbilt for a checkup on our ear surgery. We still have hearing loss which is not what we wanted to hear. We are allowing it to heal a couple more months and then if still no improvement, the doctor will go in and replace one of the hearing bones with titanium. We still have the other ear to work on in June. Now, I wonder if tubes were even worth it since we have to repair the damage... Good news is we are now off antibiotics, but we added two more preventative medicines a day, so that makes out medication list to six meds a day....thank goodness for generics! :)

I did get to eat supper in Nashville with my cousin and her family and my aunt and uncle which made the trip a little bit more fun!

 So here is my mom, Paislee, and I trying to make the best of our doctor visit yesterday.
