ENT doctor visit

Another visit to the doctor, and the last for the summer...Thank goodness. We visited the ENT for our four month checkup and we had a much better visit than last time. Paislee did not even cry which is a HUGE step for us. Paislee's tonsils are still big so he will look at them again next time and we will probably have to have them removed next summer. Another thing that he was concerned about is that Paislee still has holes in her ears where her tubes were. The holes have not grown back. He explained that sometimes when a child has reflux as bad as Paislee that it burns the eustation tubes in your ears and they have just not been able to heal. We go back in December and he is going to clean and flush her ears out to get a good look at her eardrum and decide if she is going to need surgery to repair the hole or if it will grow back by then. Overall we had a good visit. Lets hope her ears will heal.
