Vanderbilt

We have had a great summer! It has flown by and I was so grateful to be off and spend it with my kids. They are growing up so fast. Of course, our summer wouldn't be complete without a visit to Vanderbilt. We were so fortunate and only had to go to the ENT this summer. Unfortunately, we did not receive the best news. Paislee has had a decrease in hearing in her right ear. He right ear is the ear she just had titanium implants in for her hearing bones. The doctors do not understand we our surgery didn't work and why we are going backwards instead of forwards. Everyone is a little discouraged. The game plan is for Paislee to get a hearing device and a CT scan to see what is causing the problem. Hopefully we will know the answer in a couple of months. 

Until then, we will sit back and enjoy life and be grateful we have come this far

When looking back at my news feed, I realize that my Paislee has had nine surgeries at Vanderbilt. We are so so blessed with everything we have.
