Proud Teacher/Parent
Being a teacher, you always seem to want your child to have those great "learning experiences", because they are a "teacher's kid" and you know they have high expectations to live up to in the education community.(Ha Ha)
So I am a pretty proud parent this week. Paislee's daycare has been learning about community helpers. Wednesday, a nurse came to visit and Paislee came home with a mask and gloves.(They said she did fine, was worried since we have had doctor phobia lately)Paislee had to wear the "pink glove" all night long. Thursday, the fire truck came to visit and she has not stopped talking about it. We heard about "Sparky" who she said "scared me", and the ladder on top. The firemen also gave the kids a coloring book, badge, and a fireman hat. The hat is the all time favorite. She loves it and had a hard time taking it off. She was too cute. I am so fortunate that she goes to a daycare where she is given these "learning experiences."
